1.2.2 Threat level bar

✅ Threat level - A bar at the top of the screen shows the current threat level.
✅ Ship collision visuals - When the player fires there’s a ring around the players hit collision.
✅ Smart bomb clear bullets - When firing a smart bomb, it now clears all bullets on the screen, instead of only the ones the bomb would collide with.
✅ Lower master volume - The starting volume is lower.
✅ Updated ship icons
✅ Press R to reset
✅ Add control buttons - Z and X also works for firing and bombing
